Griselinia littoralis

from £9.50

Griselinia littoralis originates from New Zealand. Mainly grown as coastal hedging in the Southwest of England, but I have known one to grow into a large specimen tree in one of the parks in Falmouth. They are quick growing and a favourite with amateur gardeners for urban hedging. But be advised, they do not suit a rural setting. Grisselinia trims well to make a formal hedge, but will easily make 5m plus if left unattended. For formal hedging- guide spacing; 10 plants in a single row will cover approximately 4m
