A Cornish heritage apple variety, brought to Britain in 1894. Its of slow growth upright and weeping and the leaves are dark red/ green. The apples are small with dark red dimpled skin. The flesh is deep red and produces a pink juice of both slightly bitter, and slightly sweeter on the palette.
