A Cornish heritage apple variety, originating from Wadebridge as a single tree. Colour, medium pale green with red flushes. Not dissimilar to the taste of a pear-drop sweet when ripe in November, towards the end of the harvesting season, a favourite for flavour in that month, much enjoyed when sampled on tours of the Forest Garden
