A hybrid of the N. American Blackberry and the European raspberry, reasonably disease resistant. Fruits earlier than blackberries, from mid-summer onwards, although the growth habit is similar. We have experienced up to 7m (20’ feet) per season and fruit. Capable of producing many kilos of red fruits, of excellent flavour, when established.
