The Cornelian Cherry is a large shrub 2.5m plus tall and 6m plus wide. The one I have in the Forest Garden which is 10 years old, and although it was initially slow to fruit, it is now prolific, with its dark red fruit which contains a massive hit of sweetness. This is a staple food of Ukraine.
