By placing an order you agree to our Terms & Conditions as set out below.

Placing an order

All orders will be acknowledged on our plant order form with the total costs shown and estimated time of delivery. We cannot be responsible for delays such as weather or anything else that is beyond our control.

Delivery to your address

Delivery to your address is via dispatch of a courier or for smaller items via post.  In all cases delivery is at the purchaser’s risk.  If goods are left with customers without a signature we will accept no claims for loss or damages etc.

Dispatching of plants

Plants and other items are packed carefully before dispatching but our responsibility ends when the parcel/s are handed to the courier. Consequently, any claims arising from loss, delay, or damage in transit must be made against the courier.  We can attend to this on behalf of the purchaser.  Any damage or loss must be reported to us immediately.

Plants are offered subject to remaining unsold

If an item is sold out, we will not substitute another plant or variety without the customers instructions.  The prices are correct at the time of purchasing but we reserve the right to make adjustments as necessary.

Payment of goods

All payments are requested whilst placing an order.  If no payment is received then an invoice will be sent and full payment required before goods are dispatched.

All plants are supplied in good condition and of reliable quality. We will not be responsible for their health and welfare after acceptance of delivery nor will we be responsible for the replacement of an order of any goods which fail to grow due to unsuitable soil, adverse weather, damage, neglect or any other cause beyond of control.

Errors

In the event of any errors on our behalf please notify us immediately.  We will put right by a further dispatch or by adjusting the payment.  Please contact us promptly about any complaint as we cannot be responsible for issues weeks or months down the line.

We believe our Terms and Conditions of trading to be fair and reasonable and nothing in the above purports to detract from the statutory rights or obligations of either buyer or seller.
